Lotussoft IT — registered as Lotussoft and Youngtech — has been developing business software from Kathmandu Valley since 2018, roughly 8 years. We started with custom systems for individual businesses: a pharmacy that needed expiry tracking, a departmental store that had outgrown its billing program, a clinic reconciling four different charge books by hand.

Lotussoft ERP came out of that work. The same requirements kept reappearing across trades, and the same gap kept costing owners money — billing, stock, and accounts living in separate systems that only met once a year. Rather than rebuild that for each client, we built one product that solves it properly and configures itself to the trade.

We are still a Nepal-based team serving Nepal-based businesses. That is not a marketing position; it is why the VAT logic, the invoice formats, and the unit conversions are right without anyone having to explain the local context to us first.
